Carpet being torn out:
New paint, carpet, and computer desk in the corner (currently covered in supplies)
The only things that are left to do is install the electrical/ethernet boxes (8 or so with 4 power sockets and 4 ethernet ports) and to put in the new furniture (lots of desks, desk chairs, a couple sofas and lounge chairs, and 5 rolling whiteboards).
